Glass beads are an iron-free round blasting material and are therefore suitable for machining stainless steel and aluminium. This product thanks to its round shape is suitable for gentle cleaning and for achieving surfaces with an attractive appearance. Glass microspheres are one of the most widely used multi-purpose blasting materials worldwide.
The glass beads do not damage the original surface, making it slightly matte and satin, giving it a decorative finish. It is mainly preferred on soft metals such as aluminium, bronze, stainless steel, etc.
It is a recyclable material used mainly in blast chambers. It is less sharp than aluminium oxide. It does not contain iron to cause rust so it is suitable on all metal surfaces.
