Product shipments
A) Receipt from the store
You can pick up from the physical store from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. For your convenience, please contact the physical store beforehand.
B) Sending by our own means
Our company has its own means of transport to serve customers in the prefecture of Attica.
C) Delivery by courier of your choice.
Η παράδοση με courier της επιλογής σας γίνεται εργάσιμες μέρες και ώρες και δεν προηγείται τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας. Για παραγγελίες μεγάλου βάρους ή όγκου θα υπάρξει σχετική ενημέρωση από την εταιρεία μας για τον τρόπο αποστολής καθώς και για την πιθανή χρέωση. Για παραγγελίες μέσω eshop άνω των 70 ευρώ και έως 6 κιλά τα μεταφορικά είναι δωρεάν.
D) Transport companies of your choice
Deliveries from transport companies, which are always chosen by the customer, are made from the physical store of our company daily Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 and deliveries Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 daily by arrangement with the customer. Deliveries are made after prior telephone contact for an appointment. In the case of the transport company, payment by cash on delivery is not possible but the deposit to our company's bank accounts which are:

E) Agencies
Choosing an agency to transport your products needs good consultation because they have their own hours and independent pricing policy. For the collection of your order from an agency, the same applies as in paragraph A. The cost is determined as a function of weight, quantity and distance. It should be noted here that the transport of your products from our company to the agency is completely free of charge and the customer will only be charged with the costs of transport from the agency to his/her location.
Please note that in all of the above cases under C, D and E the courier, transport company or agency is of your absolute choice and you are responsible for taking note of the policy and billing terms that each follows.
